Do you have the knowledge and teamwork required to win the championship?

Day Overview

Test your science and math skills at UTPA’s 2015 Regional Science Bowl. Twenty South Texas middle school teams and twenty high schools teams will go head-to-head in an intense game-show style competition on Saturday, February 7, 2015. Two teams comprised of four students and one alternate each will answer questions regarding Life Science, Physical Science, Earth and Space Science, Energy, Mathematics, and General Science. The winners will be awarded an all-expenses paid trip to the National Science Bowl in Washington D.C., where they will once more battle it out with other students from across the nation. The U.S. Department of Energy will host the national competition on April 28 - May 2, 2015.

Cost of attendance per team is $179 with lunch included. Each team must consist of four students, one alternate student (optional) and their coach.
